In this immersive 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to use your
breath as a precision tool and your mind as a performance advantage, so you can stay composed under pressure, execute with clarity, and recover faster - in training, competition, and high-stakes environments.

What to bring: Water Bottle, Pen, Notebook, Warm Clothes, Snacks, Yoga Mat, Pillow, Blanket, Eye Mask

When to arrive: 07:15am - 07:20am

Who for: Anyone over the age of 18, seeking personal growth, connection and a desire to improve mental and physical health.

Please notify us prior to the event if you are pregnant or have history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.
